WARF Accelerator selects WARF’s most commercially promising technologies and provides expert assistance and funding to enable achievement of commercially significant milestones. WARF believes that these technologies are especially attractive opportunities for licensing.

Discover some of our WARF Accelerator projects:

  • A scalable, substrate-agnostic deposition process for the alignment of semiconducting nanotubes that can increase performance and room temperature integration requirements for low-noise, high-speed linear receivers on Si and GaN semiconductors.
  • An ambient condition, low energy system that utilizes coal and steel waste products as feedstock for direct air capture of CO2 to produce cement and supplementary cementitious materials.
  • Novel water-based, organic electrolytes that display – on the bench scale – improved energy density, chemical stability and energy efficiency over the existing flow battery technologies.
  • A commercially competitive fusion energy approach that will utilize a linear fusion reactor configuration, allowing for a lower capital power plant.
