Responsibilities: Partners with the Head of Chemistry to provide scientific project leadership and expertise in small molecule drug discovery from target validation to clinical candidate nomination utilizing a virtual drug discovery model. Builds and leads a small team of experienced professionals who work closely with researchers at UW-Madison and professional staff at WARF, together with internal and external resources, to produce late-stage lead compounds.
